The Majestics
January 23, 2016
Bands across the land have a universal problem. They rarely can keep the lineup stable as musicians come and go with the wind. Perhaps every band should listen to the interview on Local Lix featuring the Majestics. This band is the longest running self-contained band in the history of the Columbus Music scene. They formed as a band in the mid 1960s, and over 50 years later they are still performing as a unit. Dave Balser, Rodger Wilson and John Workman come to share their knowledge of how to keep a band together. During the show they sing a capella, showing their vocal familiarity unique to most bands.
