The Box Tops
Rick Levy is as driven an artist as there is. Since his days in high school, right up until today, he has aspired to be a top-tiered musician in a famous band. He made it in aces. He has been in bands including Herman’s Hermits (featuring Peter Noone), Jay and the Techniques and for the past decade as a member of The Box Tops. This covers about a third of his roles as either a manager or music director. His life story is documented in his book titled “High in the Mid 60s-How to Have a Fabulous Life in Music Without Being Famous”. This outgoing individual shares the importance of setting goals and then how to work to make the goals become reality. A great tutorial for musicians with aspirations.
