As Local Lix’s popularity grew, it became a vehicle to help artists from outside Ohio promote their efforts. The first to do so was singer, guitarist Derek Andrew who routinely performed in Nashville doing his original material all the while having a heroic full-time job as an EMT helping accident victims, people in distress and those who were in the throes of a medical crisis. Coming from a family of musicians Derek shares with us his newest songs, his successes and his plans to crash thru the ceiling of Country Music.
