One of the better-kept secrets is the Oolong Gurus, the pride of Mansfield, Ohio. The band focuses on the world of Bluegrass. They are so strong on their instruments that they earned numerous opportunities to open for national artists. They make a concerted to not impersonate acts and/or cover songs that are true to the originals. They call this approach “Guru-fying” and it works to a tee. Their originals are wonderful, with a pair being selected for Cable TV weekly programs. You will love and learn from this talented group of musicians.
