Imagine a city as large as New York City, population: 8.7 million. Now imagine all of the radio stations in the Big Apple (We’ll help – 52). Now, on Sunday evenings, nearly one out of every ten radios were listening to Don K. Reed and his show ”The Doo Wop Show”. Featuring the lost art of Doo Wop music, he ruled the airwaves each weekend for 28 years! We were honored to have this member of The East Coast Music Hall of Fame call into our show to share memories of his amazing career. Many on–air clips are included in this show that will make you long for the day when street-corner harmony ruled the world.
